ARCHITECTURE
Porto-based architecture studio founded by Sofia Granjo after graduating from the Porto School of Architecture and beginning her career in Barcelona. Specialised in residential architecture and refurbishment, with internationally published work.

INTERIOR DESIGN
Interior design studio in charge of the decoration and ambience of the Privilege Gardens show flat. Behind the curation of furniture, materials and lighting that bring the space to life.
CONSTRUCTION
Iberian construction company headquartered in Ourense with a branch in Portugal, founded in 2008. Specialised in residential projects that combine traditional methods with innovation, with active works across north-west Iberia. Public licence no. 106513.
SHOW FLAT
The Privilege Gardens show flat — apartment 2.1, T2 — is in its final weeks of completion. Interior design by Malaro Studio. In-person visits open soon, by appointment.

Rua de Costa Cabral, next to Rua de Contumil and Rua Diogo Cão. One of Porto's most consolidated and well-served neighbourhoods, minutes from the historic centre and with direct access to shops, schools, transport and green spaces.
